First to begin I would like to say that this is a very interesting movie, that tells us a different reality and different way of living in another country, is special because the reality that this people in india live is very different and kind of hard to understand for us, its a diferrent culture with another costumes.
An important thing that I could see in the movie was people there is so fanatic for its religion that they could reach to the limit of killing for it. Obviously for our culture this is something insane because killing is bad and religion is not a reason for killing. The movie show us that poor people live there in terrible conditions and every day for them is a constant fight for surviving the kids there had to work in the streets asking for charity and they were forced to work very hard. Also we could see that a lot of mafias dominate Mumbai that is the city where the movie take place. An miportant thing was also that all the people wacth the program "who wants to be millionare " because they thing that that was the only way of scaping of their lifes, jamal participates in that program because he knew that latika would saw him, he entered the program not for wining the money but for love thats why I think that when he heard the voice of latika in the phone he didn' t care wining or loosing the money. We could see that all the people in india loves to watch that program maybe because all the people wants to scape from the lives. Finally Iwould like to say that this movie show us a reality of a diferent country and how hard is life for another persons.
